Términos y Condiciones (Español)

1. Aceptación de los términos

Al acceder, navegar o utilizar las plataformas de membresía y laboratorios virtuales operadas por MENTORESWORKTRAIN, el usuario reconoce haber leído, entendido y aceptado los presentes Términos y Condiciones.

Si el usuario no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos, deberá abstenerse de utilizar los servicios.

2. Alcance del servicio

Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan el acceso y uso de los laboratorios virtuales ofrecidos por MENTORESWORKTRAIN a través de sus plataformas, incluyendo:

  • members.mentoresworktrain.com
  • tecnolabs.mentoresworktrain.com

El servicio de laboratorios es independiente de cursos u otros productos digitales comercializados mediante plataformas de terceros.

3. Acceso a los laboratorios

El acceso a los laboratorios está limitado a:

  • Usuarios registrados
  • Usuarios con membresía activa
  • Usuarios correctamente autenticados

El acceso se otorga mediante mecanismos de seguridad que incluyen validaciones automáticas, sesiones temporales y controles de uso.

4. Uso personal e intransferible

El acceso a los laboratorios es personal, intransferible y no compartible.

Está estrictamente prohibido:

  • Compartir enlaces de acceso
  • Compartir cuentas o credenciales
  • Reutilizar sesiones caducadas
  • Facilitar el acceso a terceros

El incumplimiento de esta sección podrá resultar en la suspensión o cancelación del acceso, sin derecho a reembolso.

5. Sesiones y disponibilidad

Los laboratorios operan bajo sesiones temporales:

  • El acceso tiene una duración limitada
  • Las sesiones pueden expirar automáticamente
  • Solo se permite un laboratorio activo por usuario al mismo tiempo

MENTORESWORKTRAIN no garantiza disponibilidad continua del servicio y podrá realizar interrupciones por mantenimiento o razones técnicas.

6. Uso permitido

Los laboratorios están destinados exclusivamente a fines:

  • Educativos
  • Formativos
  • Prácticos

Queda prohibido:

  • Extraer, copiar o redistribuir el contenido técnico de los laboratorios
  • Utilizar los laboratorios para actividades ilegales
  • Intentar vulnerar la seguridad del sistema
  • Ejecutar acciones que afecten la estabilidad de la plataforma

7. Responsabilidad del usuario

El usuario es responsable de:

  • Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales
  • Todas las actividades realizadas desde su cuenta
  • El uso adecuado de los laboratorios

MENTORESWORKTRAIN no se responsabiliza por el uso indebido de la cuenta del usuario.

8. Suspensión o cancelación del acceso

MENTORESWORKTRAIN se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar el acceso a los laboratorios de forma total, temporal o parcial en caso de:

  • Incumplimiento de estos Términos
  • Uso fraudulento o abusivo
  • Actividades que comprometan la seguridad del sistema

La suspensión o cancelación podrá realizarse sin previo aviso cuando sea necesario para proteger la plataforma, sin derecho a reembolso.

9. Propiedad intelectual

Todos los laboratorios, entornos, configuraciones, contenidos técnicos y materiales asociados son propiedad de MENTORESWORKTRAIN o de sus licenciantes y autores.

El acceso a los laboratorios no otorga al usuario ningún derecho de propiedad intelectual sobre dichos contenidos.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

Los laboratorios se proporcionan “tal como están” y con fines educativos.

MENTORESWORKTRAIN no será responsable por:

  • Interrupciones temporales del servicio
  • Daños derivados del uso incorrecto del laboratorio
  • Pérdida de datos generados por el usuario

El usuario es responsable de respaldar cualquier información generada durante el uso de los laboratorios.

11. Modificaciones del servicio y de los términos

MENTORESWORKTRAIN podrá modificar los laboratorios, funcionalidades o estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento.

Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor desde el momento de su publicación en la plataforma.

12. Legislación aplicable

Estos Términos y Condiciones, incluidos los relativos al uso de los laboratorios virtuales, se rigen e interpretan de conformidad con las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.

Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, cuando la legislación obligatoria en materia de protección al consumidor del país de residencia del usuario resulte aplicable, se respetarán dichas disposiciones.

Terms and Conditions (English)

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the membership platforms and virtual laboratories operated by MENTORESWORKTRAIN, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using the services.

2. Scope of the Service

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the virtual laboratories offered by MENTORESWORKTRAIN through its platforms, including:

  • members.mentoresworktrain.com
  • tecnolabs.mentoresworktrain.com

The laboratory service is independent from courses or other digital products marketed through third-party platforms.

3. Access to the Laboratories

Access to the laboratories is limited to:

  • Registered users
  • Users with an active membership
  • Properly authenticated users

Access is granted through security mechanisms that may include automated validations, temporary sessions, and usage controls.

4. Personal and Non-Transferable Use

Access to the laboratories is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Share access links
  • Share accounts or credentials
  • Reuse expired sessions
  • Provide access to third parties

Failure to comply with this section may result in suspension or cancellation of access, without entitlement to a refund.

5. Sessions and Availability

Laboratories operate under temporary sessions:

  • Access is time-limited
  • Sessions may expire automatically
  • Only one active laboratory session per user is allowed at a time

MENTORESWORKTRAIN does not guarantee continuous availability of the service and may perform interruptions due to maintenance or technical reasons.

6. Permitted Use

The laboratories are intended exclusively for:

  • Educational
  • Training
  • Practical purposes

The following is prohibited:

  • Performing actions that affect platform stability
  • Extracting, copying, or redistributing technical content from the laboratories
  • Using the laboratories for illegal activities
  • Attempting to compromise system security

7. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
  • All activities carried out through their account
  • Proper use of the laboratories

MENTORESWORKTRAIN is not responsible for improper use of the user’s account.

8. Suspension or Cancellation of Access

MENTORESWORKTRAIN reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the laboratories, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, in the event of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive use
  • Activities that compromise system security

Suspension or cancellation may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform, without entitlement to a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All laboratories, environments, configurations, technical content, and associated materials are the property of MENTORESWORKTRAIN or its licensors and authors.

Access to the laboratories does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

The laboratories are provided “as is” and for educational purposes.

MENTORESWORKTRAIN shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Damages resulting from improper use of the laboratories
  • Loss of data generated by the user

The user is responsible for backing up any information generated during the use of the laboratories.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

MENTORESWORKTRAIN may modify the laboratories, functionalities, or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Modifications will become effective upon publication on the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, including those related to the use of the virtual laboratories, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user’s country of residence shall be respected where applicable.
